General Training Information

The practical portion of the course involves the use of controlled fires with hands-on operation of various types of fire fighting equipment on different types of fires by your staff.
The ability of staff to control the early seconds of an incident is the most vital lesson that can be taught. The fear of fire is not something that is treated lightly, but once staff have been shown the causes of fires and inherent dangers, an incident can quite often be contained to a smaller area that will result in less trauma and interruption to the work environment.

In saying this, we will not be training staff to become fire fighters, but as with First Aid training your people will be able to make an educated decision in those first crucial moments.
